Great plastic free alternative, however said machine washable on the website yet when bags arrive documents said hand wash - this makes things less convenient.
I am washing separately on a “delicate” wash cycle without spin cycle - without any damage.

I have long been lamenting plastic bread bags and wanting an alternative. I only buy bread at bakeries where I can have a paper bag option. By chance I was looking online and came across Aussie Bread bags. I purchased a pack of four and I love them. I can keep bread out of the fridge and they do keep crusty bread crusty. They were delivered in very timely fashion and the customer service is excellent. I highly recommend Aussie Bread Bags to anyone looking for such items. Most importantly they are made in Australia. Give them a go. You won’t be disappointed.

Very impressed, haven't had them that long, made a sour dough loaf, i cut it in half and put one half in freezer in the bag, have used the other half and it has stayed a lot fresher. Very pleased with my purchase.

Bought the set of 3 smaller bags, washed & ironed them & have a home-made brioche fruit loaf sliced & bagged then frozen. Hoping the bread goes okay in the bag as the fact that it’s not airtight might result in some freezer burn, but it’s not a big deal.
